These terms apply to businesses applying to become authorised CJ Grills dealers.
Application process
Submitting a dealer application does not guarantee approval. CJ Grills reviews all applications carefully to ensure alignment with our brand standards.
Brand representation
Authorised dealers must present CJ Grills products in a professional manner that reflects the quality and positioning of the brand.
Use of branding
Dealers may only use CJ Grills logos, images, and materials provided or approved by CJ Grills.
Territory and distribution
CJ Grills reserves the right to appoint dealers in specific regions and may decline applications based on territory or existing representation.
Product information
Dealers must represent CJ Grills products accurately and not make false claims regarding materials, performance, or specifications.
Termination
CJ Grills reserves the right to withdraw dealer status if brand standards are not maintained.
